Our CSR initiatives
Tradelink is a socially and environmentally responsible organisation. We're committed to building a prosperous, healthy society and we conduct our affairs according to the highest standards of integrity. Our CSR initiatives focus on these key areas:
Environmental Sustainability
At Tradelink, we are committed to sustainable business practices that help protect the environment. We implement internal policies and take actions in daily operations to reduce environmental impact, including the use of e-forms and energy-saving LED lamps. We also set up timers for air conditioners and always keep our air conditioning at 25ºC to save electricity. In addition to energy-efficient measures, we actively engage in different recycling programs to raise employees' awareness of the efficient use of resources, such as installing recycling bins for metals, plastics and waste paper collections in office, taking part in red packets and mooncake boxes recycling campaigns organised by NGOs, etc. Through responsible resource management, we aim to preserve and protect the environment for future generations.
Community Investment
At Tradelink, we are committed to making positive contributions to the community. We support organisations and projects that address different social issues such as poverty, elderly care, youth development and animal rights. We encourage our staff, their families and friends to participate in voluntary activities. Moreover we also invite customers to join us in those activities. Through our customer loyalty program, customers can make charity donations using their bonus points awarded for using our services. Through collaborating with community partners, we work towards building a more prosperous and healthy society.
Employee Well-being
At Tradelink, employees are valuable assets and their well-being is the company's top priority. We manage our human resources and maintain our employer-employee relationships in strict compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies and guidelines. We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive work environment for employees through establishing an open communication and equal-opportunity workplace. We strive to foster a workplace culture that embraces diversity, respectfulness and teamwork. To promote work-life balance, we establish a staff club that regularly organises recreational and social activities. We also strive to protect the safety and health of employees from occupational hazards through measures such as training on the use of Automated External Defibrillator and fire extinguishers, regular fire drills, etc.
