Tradelink exhibited in ALMAC 2023

Tradelink participated as an exhibitor at the Asian Logistics, Maritime and Aviation Conference ("ALMAC"), the annual flagship event for the logistics and supply chain industry in Hong Kong, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 21-22 Nov 2023.

We showcased our innovative Warehouse Management System/Transportation Management System solutions and took part in the business matching sessions in which we met with other participating entities including freight forwarders, shipping companies and other solution providers.

Tradelink attended PAA’s Steering Committee Meeting

Representing Tradelink as a member of the Pan-Asian E-Commerce Alliance ("PAA"), our CEO, Mr. KK Tse, attended the 68th Steering Committee Meeting of PAA held in Bangkok on 21 Nov 2023. In the meeting, PAA welcomed their two latest associate members: E&P International from Shanghai, and FPT IS from Vietnam.

Set up in 2000 with Tradelink as one of the three founding members, PAA is the first regional e-Commerce alliance in Asia that aims to promote and provide secure, trusted, reliable and value-adding IT infrastructure and facilities for efficient global trade and logistics. PAA now has 12 members and 9 associate members.

Tradelink received the HKCCA Mystery Customer Assessment Gold Award for 12 consecutive years

Tradelink has once again been recognised for its service excellence as our Call Centre received the Gold Award at the 2023 Hong Kong Call Centre Association (“HKCCA”) Mystery Customer Assessment Award for the 12th consecutive year since joining the competition in 2012.

Launch of new Tradelink Corporate Video

To promote our new brand identity and to better position ourselves in the IT solutions industry, we launched our new corporate video in Oct 2023 introducing our four business areas; namely, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Identity Management and Payment Technology.

CNY Red Packets Redemption

As our long-standing tradition, we produce specially-designed Tradelink red packets to offer to our customers. Tradelink customers can redeem 1 set of Tradelink 2024 red packets (2 designs, 20 pcs in total) for free at Tradelink Service Centres from 24 Jan 2024 (Wed) to 9 Feb 2024 (Fri).

Organic Farming Experience with Produce Green Foundation

Over 35 Tradelink customers joined our team to visit Produce Green Foundation’s first-in-Hong Kong educational organic farm on a sunny morning on 9 Dec 2023. Through hands-on experience of farm work and making our own organic bread, we learnt about the values and benefits of organic agriculture. The event is under our “Tradelink Cares” CSR initiative as part of our 35th anniversary celebration.

Tradelink received Good MPF Employer Award
for 9 consecutive years

Tradelink and its wholly owned subsidiary Digi-Sign received the Good MPF Employer Award from the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority for the 9th consecutive year. This achievement highlights our commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
