Reporting to the Manager – Processing Centre, this position is responsible for the processing of trade documents applications and other related clerical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of trade document applications submitted to the Service Centre, which includes data entry, document checking and validation, payment collection, contacting customer for data clarification.
Filing and other general office duties.
This position requires to take a flexible shift of working hours between 9:00a.m. and 7:00p.m. on weekdays (8 hours), and 9:00a.m. and 1:30p.m. (4 hours) on alternative Saturdays.
May need to work overtime in case of necessary.
May need to work in different locations as backup of collection centres.
Job Specification:
Minimum of Form 5 education.
