• Our customer is a SME freight forwarder based in Hong Kong
• They have been using Tradelink's Government Electronic Trading Services including Import & Export Trade Declarations and Road Cargo System since 2015

• As a SME, our customer has access to a limited range of banking services at most banks. They also have to go through lengthy and complicated processes from account opening to loan approval
