Solution Overview

We developed an order fulfilment system for a key logistics service provider headquartered in Hong Kong with a global network across 6 continents and over 28,000 employees. Our system enables this logistics service provider to support the daily operations of its omnichannel retail customers in managing orders received at different online sales channels and ensuring goods replenishment and order fulfilments in a precise and timely manner. With our data analysis tool, the retailers are also able to conduct detailed analysis of their end customers' transactions on different sales platforms.
