The personal data collected in the recruitment process, including the personal data in the application letter and resume applicants (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") sent to Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Tradelink", "we", "our company") / Digi-Sign Certification Services Limited ("Digi-Sign") / Digital Trade and Transportation Network Limited ("DTTN") / Tradelink PayTech Solutions Limited ("PayTech"), shall be used by Tradelink / Digi-Sign / DTTN / PayTech to assess your suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you have applied and to determine the remuneration and benefits package to be discussed with you subject to selection for the position.

We shall retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purposes for a period of 3 months. When there are other suitable vacancies in Tradelink / Digi-Sign / DTTN / PayTech or in its subsidiary or associate companies during that period, we may transfer your application to them for consideration of employment.

Apart from the above, we shall not use the data for other purposes or disclose it to outside individual, bodies or company. We shall restrict access to your personal data to employees who have a need to use the data for recruitment purposes. Your personal data shall be treated in a reasonably secure and confidential manner.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you shall have the right to request for access and correction of your personal data held by Tradelink. If you wish to exercise these rights, please send your request to our Human Resources Department via below methods:
