Tradelink showcased Intelligent Supply Chain Solutions at LOGTECH Expo 2024

Organised by the Transport and Logistics Bureau with the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) as the implementation partner, LOGTECH Expo 2024 was held on 12-13 June at the HKPC Building. Tradelink was delighted to participate in the event to demonstrate our Intelligent Supply Chain Solutions and have the opportunity to connect with stakeholders in the logistics industry.

The 2-day Expo featured over 30 exhibition booths, themed guided tours and seminars that showcase logistics technologies and provide on-site support for application for government funding schemes.

Our Independent Non-executive Director, Mr. Willy Lin, as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Shippers' Council and the former Chairman of HKPC, was invited as the guest of honour. In his welcome remarks to officiate the opening of the event, Willy highlighted the importance for logistics service providers to actively adopt innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs in the logistics 4.0 era.

As one of the exhibitors of the event, Tradelink was also invited to speak at the seminar session on Smart Logistics Automation Technologies. Mr. Eddie Chap, Director of our Supply Chain Solutions, shared his insights on the challenges and opportunities in global/local transportation management and introduced the capabilities of our Transportation Management System in helping businesses to achieve smarter and greener logistics operations.

We are delighted to connect with stakeholders in the logistics sector especially logistics SMEs of different backgrounds and understand more about their pain points and needs. We will continue to enhance our solutions to meet the needs of our customers helping them to maximize digital efficiency.

Jointly organised by the Transport and Logistics Bureau and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), the LOGTECH Expo is a technology showcase that offers funding advice, expert sharing and all-round support for local logistics SMEs, to keep them abreast of the latest technological trends of the sector and to make better use of government funding up to HK$2 million for business upgrading and transformation.
