Tradelink named as a Notable Vendor in Gartner's 2023 Asia/Pacific Context: 'Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems' for five consecutive years

Tradelink continues to solidify its position as a key player in the warehouse management systems ("WMS") market in Hong Kong. For the fifth consecutive year, we are pleased to be named as a Notable Vendor in Gartner’s Asia/Pacific Context: 'Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems' in 2023.

According to Gartner, "Tradelink has Digital Warehousing Solution customers all based in Hong Kong and mainland China. Some have very complex and large-scale warehouse environments (Levels 3 to 5), with more than 10% of warehouses automated. Tradelink also offers a template for a simple Level 1 warehouse to support a basic store environment. Top industries served are retail/wholesale, 3PL and e-commerce, with the latest including cold chain logistics services. To support the specific operational requirements of cold storage warehouses, Tradelink has enhanced its WMS solution to include functions such as digital catch-weighting and storage location management for different temperature zones."

In view of the fast-growing retail e-commerce market, Tradelink has developed a cloud-based WMS solution designated for 3PLs in supporting their provision of end-to-end logistics services to e-commerce retailers. In addition to basic functions which help 3PLs to digitize their warehouse operations, our WMS solution also includes an e-marketplace module that interfaces with e-commerce platforms allowing 3PLs to consolidate sales orders from these online platforms and facilitate order fulfillment for their customers’ e-commerce businesses. Through our integrated user portal, 3PLs can update inventory and delivery status in real-time for their customers to access and facilitate sales and inventory management with ease. Our solution enhances not only the operational efficiency of 3PLs but also their service quality enabling them to offer elevated customer experience to their retailer clients.
