Tradelink named as a Notable Vendor in Gartner's Asia/Pacific Context: Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems
Tradelink, a leading provider of e-commerce services for Hong Kong business community, is delighted to announce that it was recognized as a Notable Vendor in Gartner's Asia/Pacific Context: 'Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems' research paper (the research) published in August 2019.
According to Gartner, Warehouse Management System (WMS) offerings, amid the mature market, continue to differ in areas like usability, adaptability, intelligence, scalability up and down market, life-cycle costs and ability to support end-to-end logistics process orchestration.
Focusing on the Asia/Pacific region, the research identifies a growing demand for WMS offerings due to factors such as rapid growth in consumer demand and wages, as well as varying legal, cultural and compliance requirements. While in areas of high population and constrained space like Hong Kong and Singapore, there are a large number of multilevel distribution center operations which require very sophisticated conveyor, accelerating the use of automated material handling system. The research is useful for supply chain leaders to gain insight into the Asia/Pacific WMS market and vendors that currently support it.
