Recognized as "Happy Company" for the second year
Tradelink and its subsidiary, Digi-Sign are pleased to be awarded the "Happy Company" label 2016 for two consecutive years. Jointly organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the award is aim at recognizing the commitment of companies and organizations to foster a happy workplace culture and raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce. On 7 April, the Happy Company Ceremony 2016 officiated by Mr. Matthew Cheung, Secretary for Labour and Welfare of the HKSAR Government was held to present awards to "Happy Companies" who support happiness-at-work culture in Hong Kong.
Awarded the "Happy Company" label, Tradelink have implemented measures in the areas of "Corporate Love", "Corporate Insight", "Corporate Fortitude" and "Corporate Engagement", above and beyond the minimum requirements of the Scheme. The Happy Company Label Scheme is consistent with Tradelink's people-oriented management philosophy under which we regard staff as the most valuable asset of the company. As such, our Management have proactively been reaching out to staff through formal and informal forum, listening to their needs and transforming them into employee-centric measures. For instance, we have introduced flexible working hour policy so that staff can adjust their working hours within the designated time frame so as to take into account their family commitments. In addition, we have, since 2005, set up Tradelink Staff Club which aims at promoting the togetherness and sense of belongings among Tradelink staff by organizing recreational and social activities outside work. All in all, the measures demonstrate our continued commitment in building a corporate culture of happiness-at-work. We believe that a joyous and worry-free workplace not only elevates staff's sense of belonging, but also strengthens their engagement and productivity, which in turn strengthens our company competitiveness as a whole.
