The interim dividend is expected to be paid to Shareholders on Monday, 7 October 2024. The amount of interim dividend is 72.3% of the profit attributable to Shareholders for the period. Purchase, Sale or Redemption of the Company’s Listed Securities During the six months ended 30 June 2024, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries purchased, sold or redeemed any of its listed securities. Closure of Register of Members The register of members of the Company will be closed from Monday, 23 September 2024 to Wednesday, 25 September 2024, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be registered. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 20 September 2024.
