(formerly known as “South China (Jersey) Holdings Ltd.”) is the same as the 101,125,000 shares disclosed by TAL, its 100% owned subsidiary. Each of Dr. LEE Harry Nai Shee, S.B.S., J.P. and Dr. LEE Delman has indirect shareholding in TAL and is deemed to be interested in the shares held by TAL under the SFO. (2) Dr. LEE Harry Nai Shee, S.B.S., J.P. is the sole shareholder and sole director of Eastex. Accordingly, Dr. LEE Harry Nai Shee, S.B.S., J.P. is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Eastex under the SFO. Save as disclosed above, so far as it is known to the Company, as at 30 June 2024, no person, other than the Directors and the Chief Executives of the Company, had interests or short positions in the shares or underlying shares of the Company as recorded in the register required to be kept under Section 336 of the SFO.
