Financial Statements The profit of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the state of the Company’s and the Group’s affairs at that date are set out in the financial statements on pages 112 to 214. Recommended Dividend An interim dividend of HK 2.8 cents per share (2020: interim dividend of HK 1.95 cents per share) was paid on 8 October 2021. The Directors now recommend the payment of a final dividend of HK 6.45 cents per share (2020: final dividend of HK 7.25 cents per share) for the year ended 31 December 2021. The proposed dividend is expected to be paid on or about 25 May 2022 to qualified shareholders subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming AGM. Property, Plant and Equipment Movements in property, plant and equipment during the year are set out in Note 14 to the “Notes to the Financial Statements”. Share Capital Details of the issue of shares and the movements in share capital of the Company during the year are set out in Note 24 to the “Notes to the Financial Statements”.
