Environmental, Social and Governance Report (Continued) 環境、社會及管治報告(續) 79 二零二一年年報 貿易通電子貿易有限公司 對環境、社會及管治相關 目的、目標及進度的審閱 除非日後本公司的環境、社會及管治策略有所變 更,否則環境範疇(即排放物、資源使用、環境及 天然資源以及氣候變化)的重要性不至於須按照環 境、社會及管治指引於我們的環境、社會及管治報 告作出披露。因此,本集團並無就有關排放物及資 源使用的關鍵績效指標制定任何目的及目標,而對 有關進度的審閱亦不適用於本公司。就社會範疇而 言,董事會將定期利用相關關鍵績效指標監察及評 估進度,務求達成相關目的及目標。 社會 僱員及勞工常規 僱員 下表列示按性別、年齡組別及僱員類型劃分的二零 二一年香港業務的僱員人數及流失率。 本公司遵守香港法例第 57 章《僱傭條例》、香港法 例第 485 章《強制性公積金計劃條例》、香港法例第 608 章《最低工資條例》及相關反歧視法例,以管理 人力資源並維持與僱員的關係。 ESG-related Goals, Targets and Progress Review Unless there are any changes in the Company’s ESG strategy in the future, the aspects under the Environmental Area (i.e. Emissions, Use of Resources, The Environment and Natural Resources, Climate Change) are not considered material enough which need to be disclosed in our ESG Report in accordance with the ESG Guide. As such, no goals and targets were set for relevant key performance indicators of Emissions and Use of Resources aspects and also accordingly, review against the progress is inapplicable to the Company. As regards Social aspects, the Board will monitor and assess the progress regularly by using relevant key performance indicators to achieve our goals and targets.
