The Board uses its reasonably best endeavors to create values for our customers, employees and stakeholders while complying with the ESG- related laws and regulations, driving social and environmental good in the community by reference to the relevant and applicable key performance indicators. The Board will review the ESG strategy and identify areas for improvements from time to time or when circumstances warrant. Stakeholders’ Engagement In order to implement our ESG strategy to meet or even exceed expectations of our stakeholders, the Company engages stakeholders to collect their opinions on ESG-related issues via various channels on ongoing basis.
