71 二零二一年年報 貿易通電子貿易有限公司 Corporate Governance Report (Continued) 企業管治報告書（續） (9) 憲章文件 為更新本公司的憲章文件，使其與法律、規 則及規章的變動保持一致（特別是香港法例第 622 章《公司條例》及上市規則），並促進行政 效率及達到其他整改目的，本公司已於二零 二一年五月七日舉行的股東週年大會上通過 一項特別決議案，採納新組織章程細則。 本公司組織章程細則載於本公司網站及香港 交易及結算所有限公司的披露易網站。 (9) Constitutional Document In order to update the constitutional document of the Company, to bring it in line with changes to the legislations, rules and regulations, especially the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the Listing Rules, as well as to enhance administrative efficiency and for housekeeping purposes, we adopted a new set of Articles of Association by passing a special resolution in our annual general meeting on 7 May 2021. The Articles of Association of the Company is available on the Company’s website and the website of the HKEXnews of the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited.
