45 二零二一年年報 貿易通電子貿易有限公司 Directors and Senior Management (Continued) 董事及高級管理人員（續） 高級管理人員 謝錦強先生 – 行政總裁 鄭俊聰先生 – 技術總監 鍾順群女士 – 營運總監 朱碧君女士 – 財務總監 謝先生、鄭先生及鍾女士亦為本公司董事。彼等的 履歷已載於上文「董事」分節。 朱女士的履歷載列如下： 朱碧君女士 ，四十六歲，於二零零四年加入本公 司，現擔任財務總監一職。在此之前，朱女士曾在 畢馬威會計師事務所從事審計服務工作。她持有香 港中文大學專業會計學士學位及工商管理碩士學 位。朱女士為香港會計師公會之會員，並在會計和 財務管理方面擁有超過二十年的工作經驗。 Senior Management Mr. TSE Kam Keung – Chief Executive Officer Mr. CHENG Chun Chung, Andrew – Chief Technology Officer Ms. CHUNG Shun Kwan, Emily – Chief Operations Officer Ms. CHU Pik Kwan, Peggie – Chief Financial Officer Mr. TSE, Mr. CHENG and Ms. CHUNG are also directors of the Company. Their biographical details have already been set out above under the sub- heading “Directors”. The biographical details of Ms. CHU are set out as follows: Ms. CHU Pik Kwan, Peggie , aged 46, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Company which she joined in 2004. Prior to that, Ms. CHU worked in KPMG for audit services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. CHU is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
