40 Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited Annual Report 2021 Directors and Senior Management (Continued) 董事及高級管理人員（續） 董事（續） 執行董事（續） 鄭俊聰先生 ，五十二歲，於二零一一年十一月十 五日獲委任為本公司董事兼署理副行政總裁，其後 擔任本公司副行政總裁。鄭先生於二零一七年一月 一日調任為本公司技術總監。鄭先生亦擔任本公司 多間附屬公司及聯營公司的董事。鄭先生為新南威 爾士大學資訊系統商學碩士、悉尼大學工程學碩 士、悉尼大學電機工程學榮譽工程學士及悉尼大學 理學士。鄭先生擁有逾二十五年資訊科技相關業務 經驗，涉及範疇包括互聯網保安、本地及國際供應 鏈、物流及金融。鄭先生曾參與香港政府設立的公 開密碼匙基礎建設，作為有關諮詢建議書的專員之 一。鄭先生現為香港物流及供應鏈管理應用技術研 發中心專家評審團成員。 鍾順群女士 ，六十五歲，於二零零八年九月二日獲 委任為董事。鍾女士於一九九二年加入本公司，現 為本公司營運總監亦擔任本公司多間附屬公司及聯 營公司的董事。鍾女士畢業於香港大學，持有理學 士學位及工程學理科碩士學位。加入本公司之前， 鍾女士曾於當時的香港政府服務超過十一年，專責 為政府各司及部門提供管理諮詢服務。自一九九二 年加入本公司以來，鍾女士於管理各方面的電子商 貿業務包括公司的核心政府電子商貿服務及供應鏈 方案，累積超過二十九年豐富廣博的實踐經驗。在 鍾女士帶領下，公司獲香港政府續發 GETS 牌照至 今，並一直穩站政府電子貿易服務市場的領先地 位。 Directors (Continued) Executive Directors (Continued) Mr. CHENG Chun Chung, Andrew , aged 52, was appointed as Director and acting DCEO of the Company on 15 November 2011. He was the DCEO of the Company and re-designated to be the Chief Technology Officer of the Company on 1 January 2017. He is also a Director of the Company’s various subsidiaries and associates. Mr. CHENG holds a Master of Commerce degree in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney. Mr. CHENG has over 25 years’ experience in IT-related business, covering internet security, domestic and international supply chain, logistics and finance. He was a specialist in the consultancy on the setting up of a Public Key Infrastructure by the Hong Kong Government and is currently a member of the Expert Review Panel of Hong Kong R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies. Ms. CHUNG Shun Kwan, Emily , aged 65, was appointed as Director on 2 September 2008. She joined the Company in 1992. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer of the Company and is also a Director of the Company’s various subsidiaries and associates. Ms. CHUNG graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Engineering. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. CHUNG worked in the then Government of Hong Kong for over 11 years providing management consultancy services to government bureaux and departments. Since joining the Company in 1992, she has gained over 29 years of solid and diversified experience in the management of various aspects of e-commerce business including the Company’s core business in Government Electronic Trading Services and supply chain solutions for the business community in Hong Kong. Under her leadership, the Company stands consistently and firmly as the dominant player in the Government Electronic Trading Services market under the consecutive licenses granted by the Government.
