Sufficiency of Public Float Based on the information that is publicly available to the Company and within the knowledge of our Directors as at the date of this Annual Report, we have maintained the prescribed public float under the Listing Rules. Connected Transactions and Continuing Connected Transactions There are no connected transactions or continuing connected transactions pursuant to the Listing Rules during the year of 2021. Bank Loans and Other Borrowings The Company did not have any bank loans and borrowings as at 31 December 2021. Summary of Financial Information A summary of the results and of the assets and liabilities of the Group for the last five financial years is set out on pages 215 to 216 of the Annual Report. Retirement Scheme The Group operates a Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme (the “MPF Scheme”) for all qualifying employees.
